Hugh Story Memorial
The Hugh Story Memorial is designed to honor the life of this man whose passion for community service deeply touched Point Loma. This perspective design touches his years as a WWII submariner as well as his productive efforts to give our community more trees and livable spaces. Our proposal is to place this submarine on the grounds of the WWII Submarine Memorial at NTC Park. The Hugh Story Memorial is a project of the Point Loma Association with funds managed by the Point Loma Foundation. To donate, write your check to Point Loma Foundation, making a notation that the check is for the Hugh Story Memorial.
